- That suppliers holding approval to ISO 9001 shall supply goods in accordance with the requirements of the standard.
- That the supplier informs the Micrometric buyer, in writing, of any non-conforming product prior to despatch.
- It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure that any non-conforming product is notified, and accepted on concession, in writing, prior to despatch. The granting of a concession for delivery does not mean that goods that are non-conforming will be approved after inspection.
- The supplier is to notify Micrometric of any changes to the product or process that affect the ability of the goods to conform to the order specification or its quality requirements.
- Micrometric their customers and regulatory authorities shall have access to facilities involved in the completion of this order and access to all applicable documents.
- Micrometric suppliers will be responsible for ensuring that their sub suppliers are aware of these requirements and can meet them.
- Deliveries to Micrometric shall be accompanied by any documentation that is specified on the order. Failure to supply the documentation with the goods will result in the goods being returned or bonded until such time as the documentation is received.
- It is the suppliers responsibility to inform Micrometric of any product that has been delivered and subsequently found to be defective and to instigate recall of the product delivered to Micrometric.
- Return parts to Micrometric when completed. You may be issued with extra components for use as set up pieces. If so, they are over and above the quantity required to complete the order. These need to be identified and returned. These parts are not to be invoiced as part of the production requirements. Any costing for these parts needs to be agreed separately and prior to commencing work.
